I found a company with a cheaper trash pick up and wanted to go with them but CC Disposal informed me I was on a 5 year contract that when it expired it rolls into another 5 year contract. I asked multiple times to see the contract which took them weeks to email to me. I have never heard of a business who rolls over a contract for an extended 5 years. So I found out I could get out of my contract and pay 6 months liquidated damages. (One lady at the office told me I couldn't get out of my contract at all.) My account is set up on automated payments. I asked Nori if they would take the money out

I have to call them every few months because they miss picking up our dumpster. Then it takes them a couple days to get the dumpster picked up. if they miss picking up our dumpster because they have truck maintenance problems they should contact us and let us know they will be there the next day to pick it up. We don't hear from them and nothing gets done unless I call them. This is unsat and very poor customer service. I will say that the ladies I talk to when I call are very pleasant and understanding. I just wish they would be more reliable.

If I could vote 0 stars I would. I mean come on all you have to do is pick up my trash. This Canadian Company is a joke. I have a small apartment complex and i flip house on the side to make up for extra income. So i use the regular trash service at my apartment and the big box when i flip house for sheetrock carpet etc.My apartment complex is constantly getting missed on Fridays, so i get calls from my tenants all weekend asking me what to do with my trash. So i call your office no answer on Saturday. I call my sales person no answer as well. Come Monday i get a call back regarding the 2 voicemails
