Colorado Ballet Society
Colorado Ballet Society offers world-class pre-professional training in ballet and dance in a safe, state-of-the-art facility. What is most remarkable is that a studio based upon an intense work ethic and corresponding discipline has such a huge heart! Colorado Ballet Society is about balance - excellence is always our goal, but we are first and foremost focused on the physical and emotional health of our students.

This is accomplished, of course, in the dance studio. We are a studio that is also about family. We welcome mothers, fathers, and siblings into our comfortable surroundings to join in the process of making superior dancers and well-rounded human beings. We feel miracles happen on a regular basis between our superb roster of instructors and their young aspiring artists, and we welcome everyone to be a part of the process.
Services

Tickets are $5 per person and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to benefit Care and Share Food Bank, which provides food, partnering opportunities, and education to fight hunger and food insecurity in Southern Colorado communities.
Ballet is a type of performance dance that originated during the Italian Renaissance in the fifteenth century and later developed into a concert dance form in France and Russia. It has since become a widespread and highly technical form of dance with its own vocabulary. Ballet has been influential globally and has defined the foundational techniques used in many other dance genres and cultures.
Colorado Ballet Society and its pre-professional performing ensemble, Colorado Youth Ballet, have become the preeminent source of quality dance performance in Southern Colorado.

Collaborative and guest performances with the leading performing arts organizations in the Pikes Peak region occur every artistic season, but the essence of Ballet Society is in our studio where aspiring dancers (ages 2.5 and up) receive superior training in a teaching environment that challenges the individual to attain new levels of excellence.
Our Falcon Studio is located at 10611 Maltese Pt | Falcon, CO 80831, in Peak Gymnastics & Fitness. We love Colorado Ballet Society! The staff are kind and patient with the kids and has been a overall great experience. The price is reasonable and costumes for recitals as well.

Love this ballet studio. My daughter takes tap and ballet here and the teachers are incredibly professional. My daughter has a goal to be in the youth ballet company and they do all they can to support her. Recently there was a miscommunication about when she was going to perform and we missed her performance time. They not only worked her into the later performance time so that she had an opportunity to perform, but they made a performance slot just for her! They go above and beyond to promote the growth and development of their dancers.

We mixed up our performance today today and Colorado Ballet Society was able to fit my daughter in with a different class at a later performance time. It made our day as this was her very first one!! We have been with them for just a few months and really love the environment, They have really helped my daughter come out of her shell and she is loving ballet!

Everyone here is absolutely awesome! My daughter has been dancing here for a couple of years now and they have always been so helpful and patient, including taking some time to show me how to do a proper bun. I have enjoyed watching how much my daughter has learned and am looking forward to many more years with these wonderful people! Thank you CBS! You guys ROCK!!

They put me in the wrong level. I came to ballet society because my previous studio was not working for me. I came to ballet society because I wanted to be put in the same level as my previous studio. Which here at ballet society is 3b. I was going into pointe. But instead got out in a beginner level. Same with very other class. I’m doing well. But still new to me because my previous studio’s techniques are different. From here. I do like the environment.-and that’s why I give it 2 stars. Please give more attention to People who want to be moved up a level. I rather be challenged a lot then

If I could give more stars I would! My kids have been going here for the past three years, and this past weekend really drove me to give feedback on the level of care provided by the staff members of CBS. After having mistaken my daughter's recital for the wrong day and missed it, I wrote an apology to her instructor (who, btw, is excellent with children and instructing) late that night only to receive an immediate response (this was 10pm) to notify me that there was another recital the following day for another class, and my daughter was welcomed to join in that one. Needless to say, they saved

€Even at a very young age, Hailey knew that she wanted to commit to dancing and her ‘music’, so we sought out what would be a perfect fit for her,” explains Melanie. “We are so glad we found Colorado Ballet Society! It’s like family to us. Not only has Hailey made life-long friends, but as parents, we have as well. The support that she gets to nurture her passion for dance is outstanding and she loves Miss Patty and all the amazing instructors. Her heart is full when she’s at the studio.”

My daughter is in her seventh year at Ballet Society, after switching from another studio. Every time I watch her dance, I'm assured she is getting the best training possible! I love that they offer so many classes in different styles of dance, also. My daughter takes/has taken contemporary, jazz, Broadway, tap, hip hop, Spanish/Flamenco, worship, Irish, and they even have conditioning/stretch classes (which have proven to be a very helpful compliment to her dance training). My husband and I are also incredibly grateful for the studio's modesty policy. There is NEVER a fear of inappropriate attire

My girls, age 2 (almost 3)and 7, started dancing at Ballet Society two months ago when we moved to Colorado Springs. I only have good things to say! Both my girls LOVE their classes and all their teachers. We have been to other ballet studios in the past and even though my girls are young and have not been dancing long, the ballet society from what I have experienced, is a place of excellent and kind teachers. I am so happy a friend recommended it to us and my girls can grow as dancers in this environment.

I worked at Colorado Ballet Society for 3 years and loved every second of it! The relationships I was able to build with the staff, faculty, parents, and dancers really made it a most enjoyable place to work. It's amazing to see the devotion CBS dancers give to their art/sport, it's even more amazing to see the commitment and love the Director, Patty Hoffman, has for every dancer that comes through her doors. This studio supports all kinds of dancers whether you're desire is to make dance a professional career or to just try it out for fun. Colorado Ballet Society provides it's dancers with opportunity
