Gustin, Cothern & Tucker, Inc. has been surveying and mapping in Northwest Florida since the 1982. We service Okaloosa, Walton, and even further into Santa Rosa and Bay counties, including Niceville, Bluewater, Valparaiso, Crestview, Shalimar, Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Freeport, and communities along 30A.

We can do boundary and/or as-built surveys that are typical requirements for mortgages and refinances. We accept checks, cash, ACH payments, and credit cards. Payments made with a credit or debit card include a 3% convenience fee. You can make payment at our office during business hours, leave payment in our secure drop box on the porch, mail a check, or pay with a card over the phone.

On the first survey, one of the property corners was not flagged correctly. I understand it was difficult to access due to overgrowth. When it was time to put up a fence, I couldn't get the survey distances to match the flagged corners. I called them back out to flag the one line from one corner to the next to ensure the fence was placed correctly. I was willing to pay for the service due to the length of time since the first survey. All went well, easy and done.

I have used this company for several years. They surveyed several pieces of property for me. When i built my last two houses they did all the surveys, lot slab and final. On my last house I had them rotate my house 7 feet in a particular direction. They were given a copy of the earlier survey. They rotated it the wrong way. I think I had to pay for their mistake. When we went to close the legal description did not match. I wound up just telling them to make my lot line legal fit my neighbors on each side.
