Their grading standards are far more liberal than that of GIA's. Nothing wrong with buying an EGL stone, as long as you understand this and pay accordingly.

Mike (the owner) is the greatest. This is our second purchase from him and his customer service is the absolute best! He played a wonderful role in our 20th wedding anniversary. The stone is gorgeous!! His response and interaction was prompt and extremely attentive. We will be back in 5 years again when we upgrade. i highly recommend this Jewelry store and above all I recommend Mike.

Without hesitation I highly recommend McGivern Diamonds. We were able to view hundreds of diamonds to find the perfect center stone. We found one of the most brilliant stones we've ever seen. The tools on the website gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. The viewing tool made it so convenient for us to look at every aspect of each piece we were considering.
