Unprofessional and disrespectful.
Upon walking in I was never greeted and when I was approached by someone, it was in a very unwelcoming manner. After this someone else from behind came up and told me they were no longer taking any new clients and was told that if I would have read the website "carefully" that I would've known.

Randy had been doing my family's taxes for years. Filing Form A was the norm for me as a single guy in college. But as life became more complicated, it was great to have Randy there to uncomplicate things. He always does a thoughtful and detailed job, and really cares about me and my family. I am always pleased with the results, even during tougher years, because he takes the time to explain things. And he definitely knows his stuff. After having to fire my last 2 accountants for various reasons, I came to yelp for help. I found Paul here and could not be happier. He helped my wife close down an LLC she was using and walked us through some tax issues we had.

I would not recommend this firm. After being a long-time client of Louizos and making several referrals to him, including family members, he more than doubled my fee this year without any notice, though there weren't any significant changes to my return. Instead of warning me of the rate increase, he sprung a bill on me that amounted to more than 10% of my refund. An awful experience and horrible treatment.
