They need to be reported for misleading and fraud. My case took over two years. You can't never reach them; always have an excuse; Once their building was on fire ( true story). First they handle for me to be an administrator to my mother's affairs knowingly their was a property in question that I would like to keep. I had ask them that I need a deed transfer where I would be able to take over the property. What they file was a quitclaim deed; after I spoke to the bank and notify them that's not what is needed, they wrote me back "Hi Fabiola, you hired us to do a quit claim

Absolutely horrible! I would not recommend using them for anything. They are unresponsive. You will never be able to get a hold of the attorney. I used them for the sale of my property. They sent a per diem lawyer for closing. Unfortunately, he had no idea about what was going on and could not speak up. I had no choice but to give a credit to the buyers just to complete the deal.
You will waste money paying Levin Law and you you will lose money in what you are trying to do because they don't have the time to deal with you.

Worst law firm ever. Our Lawyer Alex Golant never picked up his phone and rarely responded to emails. We closed and weren't given keys due to a wire issue on the sellers side. When I went to discuss with Alex at the office on Ave Z if we can have our keys now he said he couldn't do anything on his end. I explained I have a baby at day care and a huge inconvenience to be going back and forth. I then asked to speak to his supervisor and he screamed at me "get out".

I hired them for my first home purchase. Honestly, it was a waste of money and time. NOT WORTH IT.
They are in business because of good online marketing/ads and low fees but it bites you more in the long run than you save on legal fees. I learned I could have saved thousands on my deal if I had a lawyer with a killer instinct than these "lawyers". Lesson learned.
Spend extra and get lawyers who will actually look for your interest - not mere paper pushers. It routinely took me multiple days - emails and multiple voice messages just to get a response back, and then I had to remind the

Great experience on my end. Just a little out of the way but their price is worth it for my quit claim on my property.
Alla helped me in my transaction and was very responsive to my questions. After I provide the payment and agree to the term, I forgot about my problem. After a few week, they asked me to come in and sign my paperwork.
They are very accommodating to my schedule. The meeting is very on time and quick. I would use them again for my future purchases.
The place is a bit hard to get to. You can take a Q or B train or driving. There's plenty of street parking. When you are facing

Crazy!!! After contacting this office and signing documents to hire it, no response. When I call the secretary hangs up on me. Twice! I just called again and the attorney himself didn't suggest a way to get the work done but began a series of personal attacks asking if I am familiar with the criminal courts to suggest ia criminal ... all this hysteria to change the name on a deed -- which was never done. I was just offered $250 to remove this review. And after asking Mr. levin to leave me alone he continues to send emails offering the $250. It's harassment.

Levin Law Group, The WORST law practice we had the misfortune of hiring. After we hired them, they switch lawyers on us. They keep canceling our appointments, cannot reach anyone. They sat on our paperwork till the last min and then realized it's missing documents for our mortgage company. Delayed our closing for over a month and our mortgage rate lock expired. I had worked with the Brooklyn office but did meet the attorney in this office. Basically my sister had passed and she named my other sister as executor of her will and me as successor executor. The executor did not want to sell the house because she was living there. I hired Levin law to remove my sister as executor and appoint me as new executor. That was done. Then the house was sold. After an initial misunderstanding (contract was under my wife's name and I was told that no contract for me existed), my wife and I were/are very happy with the entire transaction. Just one points that I do not think warrants reducing a star: the attorney that handled the file did not attend the closing due to a scheduling conflict. The covering attorney was very good and I do understand a busy schedule but would still have liked to close with the attorney that handled the file. But putting that aside, both attorneys were very pleasant and knowledge, staff very helpful and overall positive experience

If you are looking for real estate lawyers DO NOT choose levin law group (yevgeny levin). I have never encountered worse service by anyone ever. They were a problem from the beginning but my bad for allowing them to "represent" me in a seemingly simple real estate closing. They were uncommunicative, not returning calls,texts or emails in a timely manner if at all. And the few times they (yevgeny levin) did he was rude, short and highly unprofessional. Too many negative instances to list but the last straw was at closing when all t's should have been crossed and I's dotted
