I called and left a message with Sound Insurance to get a quote on General Liability Insurance for my Business. Nathan from Sound Insurance called me back promptly the next day and began the process. Due to some issues on my part (being a new business and not having insurance before) I took a little longer than I should have on information several times. Nathan was nothing but patient and friendly.

Insurance should be simple. Call get a quote, tell them what coverage you want. They make sure paper work is done and away you go. Well after battling with a few other auto insurance agents, I am glad I called Sound. Helpful, friendly and bottom line got things done so I could start driving. I highly recommend at last getting a quote from these guys. Do not fall for the heavy advertising, bad service companies like progressive, geico, and esurance. I learned that the hard way after putting in a claim. The experience was not a regular Nightmare, but a Poltergeist, Clive Barker Hellraiser
