I bought an older home a few months ago only to discover it had foundation problems that were not disclosed nor did inspectors catch, it's on pier and beam , so after doing research I called Solid Rock Foundation repair and sales rep George came out looked at it, wasn't as bad as I was expecting, said just needed some new piers and leveled along with some vents for moisture. I was ready to hire on the spot, but he suggested I get other bids to compare. Has two other companies come out one was cheaper, but lack of reviews one bad one good, didn't want to chance it, the other was talking about all

I did a lot of research on five different foundation repair companies. If you read the reviews carefully for each, you can see some companies had fake reviews. That being said, we decided to go with Solid Rock Foundation. Price was competitive - not the least expensive but not most expensive. Overall, we had a good experience with SRF. The crew was friendly and asked questions if they had any. They cleaned up pretty well. Ryan our Project Estimator was on time, friendly and didn't try to push anything extra on us. SRF does offer a lifetime transferrable warranty which is nice. I feel like we made

Recently had what I would consider extensive foundation repair. From estimate to completion, each representative made the process as easy as possible. Honest representation of the work to be completed. They prepare you for the worst and deliver the best. Plumber and engineer sent after to verify quality of work. Left our property in better shape than when they arrived. No residual damage on a fairly significant lift. Prices were what I would consider good for the materials used and the amount of labor involved. Others will charge up to 3X as much. I highly recommend Solid Rock Foundation Repair

I can say enough about Solid Rock Foundation and everyone I came into contact with. I needed the work done fairly quickly for a refinance and they did it , thanks to Mason , Stacy, Jose and his crew. There was very little dust from the 11 piers that had to be done inside my house and they cleaned up what there was .
