Terrible! They will help you to obtain a new policy, but will not help you to manage or maintain your policy after the fact. Referred our office directly to the insurance provider!?
We referred two additional businesses to this firm, both in which feel the same. Strongly advise for you to research and question doing business with them!

My experience with this company has been great. Cindy is very helpful and has gone above and beyond with the maintenance of my policy.
Through our conversations I have learn a-lot, my understanding is much better regarding commercial insurance because of Cindy.
Most of the time I only need to send an email to get things done, which is very convenient for me and all the things I have going on already.

We have been with the Kiely HInes Insurance Agency for a number of years. I normally do not post on line reviews but in this case I am very happy to because of the professional services we have received from the staff at Kiely Hines. This agency has covered our home, auto, RV and some of our medical insurance for years. We are pleased that on a regular basis they review our accounts, research the market place and come back to us with better coverage and savings each time. Three of our Four children that live in the Louisville market also use Kiely Hines for their individual insurance coverage.

Do not use this company for your business insurance needs. I called for a quote , the representative- Kimberly Peterson, A department Head.. took all my personal information, even information that other small business insurance companies do not require for a quote. That was 10 days ago. Still have not received a phone call, email or any correspondence or quote that I originally called about.
