So I had to get a new starter in my vehicle which took already took one day which It wasn’t much of a big deal considering there was probably a line of other cars getting work on. I had known about my brakes having an issue. So they had to look at them after they replaced the starter. So the next morning they got the new starter in and checked out the brakes and said it needed a new brake caliber on the rear right. Which I had replaced like 6 months prior. So I had to call around to see about my warranty on the caliber and I had life time on it so I decided to have it replaced even the auto parts

Traveling from Iowa to Dallas Texas we had a major tire problem. It was 5pm when I called them from a parking lot in a terrible storm. They said if I could get there in15 min they would get my tires done. ( in my experience many stores that close at 5:30pm won’t take business after 4:30 or 5:00). I got there at 5:15pm and they stayed past closing to finish my tire job. This was done with a great attitude from all involved, from the front to the guys in the garage.

I have been going to Express Tire since I moved back to Emporia in 2013. They have always been super nice and incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is as safe as it can be. The entire staff is polite and they give you rides to/from home/work even if they have your car overnight. I not only recommend these guys but I trust them!

First time I went to this establishment I just wanted two tires and tire alignment. They said "you REALLY need four tires." I had Plenty of tread though left on the other two. Then after the alignment they said " Your cambers are is desperate need of replacement." I said no and walked out. Went to another place and said you will be fine without replacement of those for quite some time.
Summary: I got what I wanted done here for an average price. BUT if you don't know how to say no they will try to make you replace over 1000$ worth of stuff on your vehicle.
