I had a session 2 weeks ago and already I’ve seen a significant change in my life . I suffered from insomnia and depression for over 4 years and after Lisa performed Reiki I sleep more now than I have in years . Also , so many wonderful opportunities have opened up for me because I’m no longer blocked . Thank you so much ! I feel so much lighter , my mind is clear and I’m happier. Christine is the most caring and compassionate individuals I have ever met. There was plenty of times where I truly thought what’s the point in this, but with her guidance and encouragement, I was able to pursue my journey and find out who I really was. I’m so thankful we crossed paths as I’d probably have the same stagnant energy as always. Only done a few sessions and I’ve gained so much clarity! Just be willing to put forth the work and have an open mind and you’ll feel the difference.

This was my very first Reiki session ever and I have to say that I am more than enthused that I chose to go to My EssentialHz. The location is what had originally peaked my interest in choosing this location since it is in the middle of my work and home. I first met with Lisa Mckitty almost about a year ago curious on the subject of reiki. This was when I was first starting out in spirituality when I knew a little bit of things, but not close to what I know now. After our session she sat with me and talked about what I needed to grow, what I should learn more about, and also some insights into myself and my chakras. I made an appointment with Lisa for a Reiki treatment with the hopes that it would have gone better than my last Reiki treatment at Caliente I had. And what an exceptional experience it was. Lisa took time to get to know me, asked me questions about why I made the appointment and she listened to me. Which helped me understand a lot about my mindbodyspirit [at that moment]. Last week I went to visit Christine and Catherine. Just walking into the office was an experience. It is absolutely beautiful with a unique vibrational energy all it's own! The best way to describe it is a perfect "zen zone" that gives you a sense of peace and tranquility from the very second you walk through the door. This was my first Reiki session and will not be my last Catherine was incredible and she truly has healing hands!
