I went in for my third earlobe piercing. My pierced was Julie and she was the sweetest piercer ever. She made me feel so comfortable and safe. I highly recommend coming to this place to get your piercing!!

We took our daughter to get her nose pierced and she was a little nervous, even when she was begging for it. I must say the people there were very friendly and didn't make us feel awkward like other places when you first walk in. The person who pierced my daughters nose was super friendly and made sure my daughter felt comfortable. I recommend this place 👌 She hasn't had a problem with her piercing. Kendall did a fabulous job on my second nostril piercing. She matched it up with my current one and it was WAY painless than my first at another shop. The ring is fitted perfectly too.
The shop is clean, maybe a little more price wise but i do believe you get what you pay for. I inquired about appointments and got a quick response, custom jewelry and a clean shop. They’re worth paying a little more for.

Got piercings done by Kendall and the experience was perfect from start to finish. With a crisp aesthetic, the space is welcoming but professional.
Kendall was everything a first time piercee could hope for. Knowledgeable, empathetic, patient, and experienced, she took all the anxiety out of the procedure and I left with perfect piercings.
Perfect piercings and none of the looming concern or remorse that for me often accompany major and permanent choices.
I cannot underestimate how rare this is and what that says about Kendall. I've got plans for 6 or 7 more, and I hope I can get them all done

I had a piece in mind and was recommended to the artist Anthony. I had a picture saved since 2018 and Anthony brought it to life. Amazing artistry and skills, professional, and thorough. Everyone was super nice. 10/10 recommend this company, and specifically Anthony. Especially if you have a dark theme 😈

I took my 9 yo daughter to Imperial Tattoo today to get her ears pierced. I was blown away with how professional everyone was. Kendall pierced my daughter's ears and made her feel so at ease. Before arriving my daughter was wanting to back out, but Kendall really has an amazing way of taking to little ones that make them feel at ease.
I'm giving 5 stars ONLY because I can't give more.

I’ve been a patron of Imperial Tattoo Company since 2016 for piercings and had our first not perfect experience this past week.
First and foremost, book your appointment! This 4 star review is just that. 4 stars- Kendall is friendly, knowledgeable and has an amazing skill set. The facility is immaculately cleaned.
Then check their website for policies when you book- you will only be told by phone to bring a state ID and not told to check the website for their actual policies. The phone screening for appointments is disappointing and they will enforce policies they do not inform you about and

Soooo I'm giving one star bc I love the design that Anthony gave me. I'm going to start with the good things. So my artist Anthony was really nice/professional! And the shop is really clean!
But I got a bad impression from this shop from when I started contact and idk why I didn't go with my gut and go to my fav place in Katy and cancel the apointment. Oh well bc I had to give a deposit anyways lol. So obviously the tattoo artist has to see where you want the tattoo right that's not what made me uncomfortable but you have to send in pictures not even to the tattoo artist but

I just got home from my first tattoo experience with Imperial Tattoo and I am so happy! My artist was Scott and I am over the moon pleased with my experience. Scott made me feel comfortable the entire time while I was getting my tattoo and the work he did is excellent!

I was also happy and comfortable with the cleanliness of the studio and the professionalism of the rest of the staff at Imperial. These folks are taking safety seriously and that made me feel at ease.

Just had my second tattoo done by this studio. Both done by different artists, but the experience was amazing each time. They really make you feel at home, even if it's your first time. Tony Wayne did my first bold design (a beautiful bowl of ramen) and Jon West did an incredible mandala design with very detailed shading. Really enjoyed my sitting with both of them and look forward to going back for more. I highly recommend these guys and they have five artists total with all different styles.

I found this place through Yelp and came in for a daith piercing. I saw great reviews about Kendall and was pleased to meet her. She was very personable and professional. She talked me through the whole process and gave me reasonable expectations for pain. She also explained how her ear piercing design consultations work. Pleasant experience and I can't wait to come back for my next piercing!

Absolutely loved my experience here. I came for a helix piercing. Staff is very friendly and explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. This was my first piercing in many years, so they were quick to put me at ease. This place is friendly, clean, and all around great.

I drove 30 minutes to get my nose pierced to be turned around because I didn't have an appointment. Prior to me leaving I called to clarify the piercing I wanted and the price which $50. I was quite confused to be turned around because on their account it say walk-ins welcome and when I called no one told me I needed an appointment.

Got my daith piercing from Imperial Tattoo Company! I love their staff, everyone is so friendly and funny! I was a little nervous when I went in to get my piercing but my piercer talked to me and explained the process to me so that I felt at ease. It honestly didn't hurt more than a 3 seconds. I had been wanting a tattoo for a long time, and finally decided to take the plunge and go for it. I called Imperial, and was asked to send over the image I liked, along with appx how large I wanted it and where. I was really impressed with how much they worked with me to schedule the appointment. Once I got there, Aaron had my art ready and already pulled up on his tablet.

He worked with me patiently to size my small tattoo perfectly on my wrist, and then got it done!
It was quick and painless, and it looks great! I'm IN LOVE with my little tattoo. After one of the worst weeks of my life, this little reminder is just what I wanted. :)

I have been getting tattooed here since 2014 and it is the only shop I trust. I have gotten tattooed by Jon, Christian and Aaron. All of the staff is nice and accommodating and extremely clean and thorough. I have always feel comfortable and safe and have always regretted going to other shops. Everyone is very experienced and definitely worth the price and wait!

I came here on Friday morning and was able to set up an appointment for the same day with Aaron. He asked me to email him the picture, so by the time I showed up for my appointment, he was ready to go.

He was very personable and fun to talk to, especially when I told him I was nervous. All the guys at the front were also nice and easy to talk to as well. The whole process from start to finish was easy and there were no issues.

I would definitely recommend them!

Kendall was AMAZING. She did my triple helix and it turned out lovely! She marked the dots exactly where I was think of placing them. You can tell that she loves what she does because she took her time with me and explained everything she was doing and walked me through everything.

Pricing wise it was $40 per piercing which I think is pretty reasonable if you want it to come out great. Of course if you pick nicer looking piercings then you'll have to pay more.

Overall really happy with Imperial. Next time I get more piercing will definitely be with Kendall!

So I decided to be spontaneous one day and called up imperial tattoo to see if they'd accept a walk in.
