It's the same thing with the Law of Attraction. The enlightenment we seek to have happy and peaceful lives comes with real power and if you are not ready to receive it, you can actually turn away your own manifestations. How can we not be ready to receive that power? If we have fear, anxiety, doubt, dread or other lower emotions, we will not be able to handle the power.
Uma will share how to "go down and ground" and how to "go high and fly"! Two guided meditations included in this experiential class and time allowed to practice with fellow students. If you are developing naturally or with a mentor, this class is helpful for your psychic and mediumship abilities!

Uma is the best! Not only is she a healer but she is a wonderful teacher as well. I've taken several classes with her and have the opportunity to participate in a mentorship program with her. She performed an emotional healing session on me and I was able to have cleared years of emotional blocks. I feel so much lighter! She has truly changed my life. I have taken multiple classes with Uma and I cannot put into words the immense impact that each of these classes have had in me and is not only the classes but Uma herself as a teacher and a leader. She understands the different levels of each student and adjusts to each individual so none of us feels left out. I have been searching for a mentor for many years and I am so happy to find someone who is real, down to earth and genuinely cares about making a difference. I have been seeing Uma at Lotus Wellness Center for years. She is a compassionate and skilled healer as well as an incredibly accurate medium. She is highly intuitive and educated across a broad range of psychic and spiritual modalities. I have also had reiki and access bars done by healers at Lotus Wellness that she mentored and was so impressed with them too. I was fortunate to discover Lotus Wellness Center about a year ago. What an incredible year of learning, growing and discovering. I don't think there is another center that offers all the opportunities for exploration of different spiritual modalities in the Northern Virginia Area (and beyond)! I was referred to Uma’s Reiki level one class almost four years ago. When I started out I was set on just healing myself but after completing all levels of Reiki and Uma’s mentorship program I knew I eventually wanted to heal others as well. I studied Reiki I, II and Master levels at Lotus Wellness Center with Uma. She is bright, bubbly and welcoming! Her business has a wonderful energy and her teaching style is so upbeat and she is very detail oriented in her teachings. I have also attended talks by spiritual speakers and workshops. All are well planned, organized and the people who are drawn there are such lovely people. I have made several new friends and cherish the experience I was given by Uma.
