We offer builders, architects, contractors and designers flexibility when it comes to millwork choices. Our clients have the option of selecting a profile from our vast in-house moulding collection or having a master craftsman create a custom profile for their project. Curved and radiused mouldings are available, and we can make any profile to any geometrical shape, in any wood specie.
Our New BarnWood products are made exclusively from new antique grade White Oak lumber, properly forested, kiln dried and milled to your specifications. We distress each board individually in our facility and then apply a variety of finishes that age our material to replicate products that are centuries old.
Architects, designers and homeowners alike are all utilizing barnwood elements in today's design themes. It is an opportunity to include natural textures and tones to the interior walls of residential, retail and commercial spaces. However, the difficulty of working with reclaimed material can be daunting and poses many challenges.
Flooring is the foundation of any beautiful room. Our New BarnWood Flooring combines the best features of centuries old reclaimed material with new, precisely milled Antique grade White Oak. All our White Oak flooring material is French cut, which results in a full range of characteristics, including knots, checking, worm holes and a mix of plain sawn and a mix of rift & quarter sawn grain.
All of our beams are made from Rustic grade, live sawn White Oak. The natural checks, knots and grain variation make this the perfect wood to replicate reclaimed material. Our beams are not solid, we fabricate them as hollow boxes using our solid New BarnWood boards, this allows us the flexibility to make beams in varied sizes and shapes.
