The 4th Quarter for 2019 came and went with blazing speed. The end of another year not only closed the chapter on 2019, but closed the book on the decade as well. It appears that predictions from even the most knowledgeable in the financial and housing worlds don't always come true.
While second quarter 2019 sales in the Luxury Housing market in most areas were flat compared to second quarter 2018, the median price stayed constant and the inventory stayed flat or went down.The 4th quarter Luxury Market of 2018 showed similar results in both Minnesota and South East Florida. Median prices held close to 2017.
