Kindly stay away from the company. The company has good website and selection. However, dose not adhere to timeline promised. In my experience, at each inquiry, rolling deadline is given to when the order would ship.
I placed order 4 weeks ago and still has not shipped. At each inquiry, I was assured that in 1-2 week it would ship. Having known true expected time line of not receiving the order for a month, I would not have purchased from

Shocking correspondence here from cust service staff " Ester" I placed 2 different orders a few weeks ago which both amounted over 50 dollars, which clearly stated free shipping over 50, and was printed on the receipt I received . When the goods didn't arrive ,I contacted med scrubs collection and asked where it was. I was just forwarded an invoice for shipping costs over 52 dollars. No effort was made to explain why I was now been charged for shipping or an apology. I again contacted them to request a full refund and cancel my 2 orders .
