I had a very far out-of-town complex delivery. I trusted the Yelp reviewers and went with Rapid Delivery Service -- I was not disappointed! Brad and Allen were very responsive, attentive to detail. And, went out of their way for this delivery. I am very pleased with their service and professionalism. And, on top of it all they were prompt and efficient. Rapid Delivery did an amazing job with our shipment. We had a last minute request and had to organize shipping between two third parties. They not only accommodated us and got their courier out really fast (same day as order), and they were really responsive when we were working out some confusion that our outgoing site was having. I did not use this company's services, but had several contacts with them and would definitely recommend them, based on this limited experience. My courier request was quite unusual, but they gave it full consideration, then explained politely that they would not be able to help me. Actually, I can understand their position, and there may have been an insurance liability that they were not set up to assume. At any rate, the professionalism of Brian was so appreciated that I felt moved to post this review.

I've used Rapid Delivery in the past for work, but mistakenly thought they only did regional work. I was wrong! I needed someone to pick up a special birthday present I had commissioned for my husband - a 5' chainsaw carving of two baby bears in a tree, and the artist was located in York in PA. The other companies I contacted quoted prices that were more money than the carving. Some told me they didn't go that far - or only went out of State. My co-worker suggested I call Rapid Delivery. It was Sunday afternoon and I had something that had to be delivered that day from a Coatesville home to a hotel in central Philadelphia . The staff could not have been nicer , set me up with a driver , who went straight from the house to the hotel and even called to confirm that it arrived, and when. I highly recommend them. We also tried getting an online quote from a competing company, and the quote came later , at twice the cost. Sometimes it's nice just to speak with a live person, explain the situation and get the quote on the phone - Rapid did all that . I would definitely use them

Quick, fast, and super helpful. I am not in the Philadelphia area, but had to arrange for delivery of freshly baked goods to a colleague and Rapid was great. They picked up directly from the restaurant, and got the goods delivered (still fresh!) asap. Alan and Brad were both super helpful via phone and email. Amazing!
Called for a local pick up and delivery since my entire family came down with a bug and we were out of commission. Marc made the process beyond easy! Service was great, he kept me informed and the courier was extremely kind and very punctual!

Brad and Marc were very helpful and extremely easy to work with. They helped me get a complicated court filing completed with no trouble at all. I'm across the state, so everything was via internet and telephone, and both Brad and Marc were accessible whenever I needed them.

Rapid Delivery provided personalized service to me to accomplish an odd but important shipping job within a 24 hour window of time.
I am very grateful that Rapid Delivery reunited me with my purse, wallet, car keys, and phone after I accidentally left my purse behind at a gate at the Philly airport during a layover. I panicked after reaching my destination location in Maine. How was I ever going to get back to my home in the DC area if my driver's license was at US Air Lost and Found at the Philly airport? It was extra confusing because after one initial phone call the Lost and Found department
