In my experience with the Muscatine store, I feel like enough wasn't done to close a deal. In the end, went elsewhere and bought a Cub Cadet. Nothing may run like a Deere. . . .
but if you don't take care of your customers, somebody else will. Other dealer had us in, out and very satisfied within 30 minutes, compared to 2 days with JD and not being satisfied.

A++ Service. I had a broken part for my John Deere 260 II skid Loader. The machine was broke and on a trailer so I could not get it off with out the part fixed. They took the part back to service and had it repaired and I was out back to work in less than a hour!!
Nice to be taken care of, if only a cash customer!
