My family has been experiencing repeated break-ins and so we finally got a security system installed. 1st Alarm had the best competitive price in town and the best customizable service options available. Tony offers great customer service and is so wonderful to work with! He really spent the time to explain what our options are and carefully walked us through learning how to operate the system. Super friendly and amazing service! As a student, I feel very safe with the security I had set up and am glad that I can arm and disarm my alarm all from my mobile device. The technology is straightforward and easy to understand with lots of options for turning on or off door entry chimes (so I can turn it off if I'm expecting to have lots of guests over!). Tony and Steve were wonderful, friendly, and patient as they walked me and my family through all the steps of setting up the system on my mobile device as well as practicing arming/disarming my alarms. I highly recommend them for any home security

1st alarm did an amazing job with installing our alarm and cameras. They were very kind and considerate and were willing to work with our complex schedules. Tony LaPaglia was amazing, and even trimmed some tree branches that were in the view of one of our cameras. I highly recommend using 1st alarm; they took the time to explain everything and how it works and were told to reach out if we had any questions.

Top notch Customer Service. They were very informative on all of their equipment, took their time to explain all features, and explained thoroughly what would be best for our home. They were very patient with my husband and I when we needed time to discuss where we wanted the equipment. They took their time making sure i understood the system, as well as what i am paying for. Best prices in town,also.
