For the second time, Ideal Auto Glass comes through in a pinch. Replaced my windshield, and for about half what a mechanic would have charged, replaced my power window regulator/motor, 2 days before I had to leave for TX. I'm only sorry I will no longer have their service available to me in my new home of Texas.

I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Rickey stating he was going to be coming early and if that did not work give him a call and he would come later. It worked out better for me. He was very professional got the job done and came to my job to do the work. Thank you!!!

Oh no! A crack. A quick call to my insurance and they got me in touch with Ideal - they called me within 1 business day to discuss the situation and what was needed. They got me scheduled for an appointment and they arrived early in the window (which lets be honest, is amazing!). The Tech, William R. called to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he let me know how long it was going to take, and got straight to work. Stated 40-45 minutes, and it was done precisely then. After work was complete, showed me the product and gave me not only the verbal guide but also a flyer that showed how

I just want to say I called to have a side window replaced in my car and from the 1st call Brianna was very helpful and set me up to have my window replaced at my work for today between 10:00-2:00.
Rickey called and said he was 20 minutes out and then showed and got my keys and completed the work. He brought me out and showed me the repair and worked the window and had cleaned all the broken glass from inside the door. I highly recommend Rickey for completing job and being very polite.

Mario was my technician and he did a wonderful job replacing the damaged windshield on my Miata. He was so kind and professional. He explained everything that he did and provided guidance on the next steps if I needed to have the front camera aligned. I am so happy with his workmanship and service I can’t imagine ever using any other company in the future. Ideal Auto Glass just made the whole process so easy and FAST.

My windshield had to be replaced. I had no idea of what to expect since I had never used this type of service. My expectations were both met and exceeded. I watched the tech, Mario, as he very efficiently removed the old windshield and replaced it with a new one. His truck and work set up were neat and orderly. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. My new windshield is so clear and installed so professionally, I really think it is better than the original. I would highly recommend this service and Mario as the technician. I am very pleased.
