I first have to say that I called Toby after purchasing a website theme and had absolutely no idea how to navigate through it. My husband found Toby online and he lived up to his reviews and then some. Toby went above and beyond and was able to get my money back for the theme, which was totally unexpected! This is my second review of Website Tigers. I am so incredibly happy with Toby.
My site got hacked and I was locked out. He was able to find out what the problem was and fix it in no time. His concern for my satisfaction was real and he worked with me to get up and running again.
The next day my site disappeared altogether. I sent him an email and he got it remedied that same day. He contacted my service provider and coordinated with them to get my site secured on their end.
