We were here this past weekend. The campground is very spacious and the showers were a little too hot but not hot that you will get burn. The campsite is in a perfect location. There is a bar and highway but it was not loud at all. People camping in other camp sites were super nice and friendly. There are 2 non flush toilets. They were a little smelly obviously but very clean not dirty at all. The host who is a lady is very friendly and sweet. If you do bring more than 6 people bring extra cash because she does make her rounds to make sure people are complying with the 6 people per campground and

The sites are spacious, but this is located directly next to the road into the sequoias. There were cars passing nonstop all night long. Even with earplugs in, you can hear it all. If you are a light sleeper, this is not for you. There is a camp host on site, but they did not check/ enforce noise curfew within the campground

Great little campground, perfect for a stay if you’re on your way to or out of sequoia. Service was outstanding, I had a wonderful conversation with the camp host. I wasn’t expecting showers at all but they had a small one that even had hot water! Perfect after a day of hiking. All of the campsites were surrounded by greenery and somewhat private. I would absolutely recommend this place to any tent campers in the area

DANGEROUS! DON’T STAY HERE: Camping comes with many understandable risks, but staying at Kaweah Oaks Campground has been the most dangerous thing I have done in my life! It was my best friend's birthday, and since we love nature and exploring, so we decided to spend the weekend exploring Sequoia. Staying here seemed like a good option to spend the night. We drove more than 4 hrs to get to the campground, so when we got there it was late. We set up our tents and lit a fire to cook and eat dinner. Then, a really mean guy came to us yelling because we were being too loud and he was trying to sleep

Clean and nicely maintained campground. Would have slept better if it wasn't so close to the road and a bar/karaoke spot with loud patrons. Also, a nice bonus would be to have a gate that closes the campground off from the parking lot completely just to feel slightly safer from random wanderers. And, had some obnoxious and inconsiderate people that showed up around 10:30pm to set up tents (not really the campsite's fault), that maybe could have used a reminder to be considerate and quiet via some sort of list of common courtesy rules on the board (just a suggestion).
