Nilton Teixeira and Mark Lauriola handled the legal aspects of selling our house. They were quick and very responsive. They answered all our queries and explained in detail everything we didn't understand in the contract. We would definitely involve them in our next purchase or selling of our property. If it was possible to offer a zero star review, I would have. I simply would not hire this firm to attend my legal affair as they appear to hire Lawyers who are
a) Unfamiliar with the Law, or
b) Have blatant disregards for it.
I am referring to the conduct of Ms. Monica Peters.
In my opinion shes self serving, aggressive and extremely unprofessional. She misleads her clients causing

They know what they're doing, very experienced and they don't talk down to you. No matter how simple you feel your problem is they care and will try their best to resolve your problem. Have been satisfied with their work and they will be my first go-to firm when another "situation" with a crooked contractor comes up. If fact, go to them first before you sign any contracts. It will be worth it.
