Terrible! Visited the office when looking for rental properties. The person who spoke with us was "snotty"... you know the type...nose up in the air. On top of that, they told us that because of LU we would not be able to find anything available in the area. One week later we found the perfect place. We are a senior couple who prefer the luxury of renting because maintenance is included. We don't have to concern ourselves with lawn care, snow removal, or general repairs and don't mind paying rent for those conveniences.

Was SO excited today to look at a 2d floor apartment in a house because it was 2 bedrooms, very clean and well maintained and affordable to me! Wow - close to work and easy access also. Then, because I took the application home so I could finish a few more things I needed to do, I was sitting at the table at home getting ready to fill out the application and return it before 5 pm closing time when I received a call from Ryan, the property representative and she told me she was giving it to another person because they filled their application out first!!!!! I have never heard of such a negotiation
