I have litigated personal injury cases in Clark County and Nye County, and have jury trial experience as well in cases involving personal injury, ranging from dog bites to auto accidents, premises liability, Defamation of Character, conversion, breach of contract, to Fraud, and many other causes of action, in the last thirty years.
Family law is a huge area of practice, involving Divorces, Annulments, child support, child custody, Temporary Protective Orders ("TPOs"), Juvenile Court actions, name changes, Petitions for Emancipation, Domestic Partnerships, and any and all causes of action regarding domestic situations and children, including division of common property where the parties are not married.
I have represented certain Unions regarding employment arbitration, I have represented people before DMV, before Nevada Licensing Board arbitrations for firemen, and paramedics. Mr. Root represented me in a divorce case that involved multiple property transfers and complicated evidence to prove my case. I am so glad I selected Mr. Root for my Attourney to represent me. I needed someone who was professional and tenacious and he was both. Mr. Root has been such a blessing to my Son and I. My divorce went on for a very long time and I have seen Mr. Root in the courtroom many times and he will fight for you like nobody else will.
