So far, so great. Randy has been top notch throughout the whole process. I work a lot so it’s hard to get on the phone and talk but he’s been texting me and that’s super helpful. Explains everything perfectly and always answers my questions. Karrie was very nice as well and professional and informative and I feel I’m good in hands in regards to this process. Still got a long way to go but I feel confident that they will help me every step of The way until discharge. Thanks!! Definitely recommend them.

They either have you complete things you don’t need to do or don’t communicate that you are going to have to pay extra costs until the day you show up. Why would someone have all this extra money laying around when you are filing bankruptcy?? A heads up would be nice. They talk to you like you are uneducated. When you start asking questions about what’s required and why, the rude man that works there states “you don’t have to file” repeatedly. Also the price they say it costs for them to file your case isn’t what you’re really paying. You pay another 3,000+ that they slide into

My wages were being garnished and I couldn’t afford to pay a lot before my case was filed. It really helped that most of the attorney fees were added to my plan, and for the small amount she wanted upfront was setup on a payment plan. She makes it easy to get filed, especially people like me living pay check to pay check. I would give you 10 stars if I could. Thanks Karrie!!
