This company offers great service. We sent a refuse truck to be refurbished and they did an excellent job. It was a big job and they kept us posted along the process and billed us what was originally quoted. They have a paint shop on the premises and the paint job on the truck was perfect.

I understand majority of companies are backed up. Tried calling few around and mentioned not able to see the issue I had until three days after dropping the truck. Joel took the time to assess the truck and realized that there was no major issue and able to fix the same day. What a customer service, what a great experience. We are now able to get back on the road because someone was able to understand the dynamic and able to execute. He did mention that if it was a critical case then I would have to wait some time but again, we are able to get back because someone understood the scenario and able

Worst customer service in the industry. I urge you to seek another option if you can. Otherwise your vehicle will not be worked on in a timely manner. In addition your bill will be significantly higher than what was quoted without approval. The work completed was not up to standard. They used to be the only option for work to get done in Tampa, but that is not the case anymore. Do your research. I will gladly point you in the right direction.

Don't trust Tampa Crane! This company lied repeatedly, even to my face! The only way I was able to get my equipment fixed was to take the part out of their shop and take it somewhere else. Tampa crane had my part for over a month and did nothing!
I took a broken hydraulic part to get fixed, after getting the quote, I said go ahead and order everything to get this fixed. (This was a part I desperately needed) They said in 2 weeks all repairs will be done. I followed up exactly 2 weeks later (a Thursday) and they said in a couple more days we will have the parts in.
