I have worked with Nemic because their customer service has always been amazing. I can just call up my rep (Mike F) with any issue related to tooling and he will have a list of options, possible tool solutions and quotes usually within minutes. I've even had dozens of situations where if I was in dire need he would hand carry tooling to us just to keep production running smooth.
