You would think you'd learn to do business in better form after receiving as many bad reviews as this company has and had to create multiple fake Google listings as a result. We had a really terrible experience with this company who, by the way, shows up in like 10 locations online but is really just a single guy named Nick Sanders (or something like that) and an overseas call center. These guys don't pay their truckers or go about their contracts in an above-boards way. They often attempt to double-broker and they don't play by the rules. I would imagine any positive reviews on here are fake.

Dimitri & Nick were great to work with !
We shipped our own 40' container from Hawaii to California, and these guys made it a whole lot easier. The process for a shipper owned container is completely different than if you use the carrier's containers. They took care of all the dealings with the carrier and got the container booked and shipped for us. I had called several times with questions, and they were right there to take my calls and give me the answers I needed. Excellent communications and overall service !

I was recently recommended ETC by a friend and have to say, I was a little hesitant at first reading the negative reviews. My friend however, was adamant about their reliability, so I contacted the company to inquire about their services and obtain a quote. So readers an update on this """company""" let me tell you the person Dimitri called my son to ask him to get me to take down the review.
He then sent me an email asking the same thing to get my review down and when I emailed him back saying NO, i will not take it down he emailed me back and threatened me, how do you like them apples? that is ETC for you and that '''person"" Dimitri. So like I said before if you want your experience to be a total nightmare this is the company you should go with.

I want to go on record as saying that ETC International Freight and Movers did a fantastic job. I give them a five-star rating. I am 66 years old and moved from the Dominican Republic to Tampa Florida. Samantha Puefua, a customer service rep, walked me through each step including a payment plan that was affordable and worked with my time schedule. All my questions were answered promptly, either by phone or by email. It is very stressful moving from a foreign country, and at times I felt I might be a burden asking so many questions. Samantha was polite, helpful, personable

Dear International mover. Pay attention to my review if you are considering using this company for your move. I am not gaining anything from this review other than trying to help other people avoid lots of headache. I have moved to Europe back and forth several times and never had such horrible experience. First they sent their estimator over and gave me misleading estimation, that the work will take approximately 4 to 5 hours and would cost $200 an hour for 4 people as long as we pack all our boxes, and they would only rap big items.The job was supposed to start 7am and done approximately 12 pm
