My Clients Bill and Theresa needed to buy a new, larger home to accommodate their growing family.
The first challenge was they needed to get their primary house sold first. They then needed to get the equity out of it to make a healthy downpayment on their new home.
The second challenge is we had to time the sale and purchase of their houses, back to back, so they only had to move once.

We were provided EYH's services by our realtor when getting ready to list our house. At a great initial call with Gayle, she took the time to explain the process in detail and then referred me to one of her employees, Raquel, who would take it from there. Raquel called me the next day and we got a virtual tour of the house scheduled (due to Covid19). Within a day of the virtual tour, she had emailed me a detailed plan on what needs to be cleaned up, what needs to be moved and what items I need in order to stage my home in the best light.
