Prompt Transportation Services inc is a family owned small business with big ambitions based in Piedmont Triad of North Carolina established to serve customers to/from the Airports, Hotels, Businesses, medical facilities, residences in the Triad and beyond. Our Company is managed by highly qualified, well educated, inernationalist individuals.
Our cancellation policy is 24 hours before the pick up time for reservations made in advance. All credit or debit cards must be authorized only by the card holder if you select to pay us by phone or online. If a pick up is service from a residence, hotel, university, business, etc. please specify it in the Messages, Comments or Question Box.
Our office is located at a very convenient location for all customers who would like to travel to all areas in the Piedmont Triad i.e High Point, Greensboro and Winston Salem, as well as Raleigh, Charlotte, Danville, Roanoke or any where else. I highly recommend Prompt Transportation. Fred was right on time to transport me from Winston - Salem to Charlotte airport.

I use Prompt Transportation Services about 20-30 times per year. 100% of the time they are always early, always drive safe vehicles, and always drive safely. Furthermore, they are extremely courteous and professional.
I have tried a few others in the area and always return to Prompt - they are the best!

They don’t strike me as a luxury or dependable or SAFE company. I called to ask what make, model and year the vehicle that would be sent for my ride if I decided to book and the person said “sorry we don’t answer those types of questions”. I’m not booking a ride where I don’t have any of that information, it’s completely unsafe and unprofessional.

Could not be happier with this company. I hired them to take / pick up my parents from the Greensboro airport. They did a wonderful job!
