Friendly from the free quote, then prompt with their service. They redid our attic that had only 3 or 4 inches of insulation. It's now an R46 or so - more than suggested by CU and with receipts I got a rebate. After they left everything was clean. Insulation was easy with B&B - I would hire them again.
