We offer same day installation and repair on residential water heaters. We have extensive knowledge in repairing all makes and models including: Bradford White, AO Smith, Rheem, American Standard, etc. We carry brand new water heaters on our trucks, including all parts needed to install a new water heater in the same service call.
We pride ourselves on carrying the repair parts needed to service our customer's water heater needs. Most manufacturer's parts are readily available on our service trucks, which means you don't have to wait long for your hot water to be restored. However, if your tank is beyond repair, we carry brand new units on our trucks, including all parts needed for a full tank water heater installation in the same service call.
Efficiency: For homes that use 40 gallons or less of water daily, tankless water heaters can be 24-34% more efficient. Tankless flushes are recommended to be completed every one to two years to prevent calcium build up within the units. This can prevent the heat exchanger from developing a leak, the most common issue when repairing tankless.

Harris Water Heaters is wonderful. I called them Sunday morning, and not only did they answer their phone, but they also arranged for a Repair Tech, Jake to come that same afternoon. Keeping in mind, this is a holiday week and during covid, makes it even more amazing. They emailed to me to confirm, and included a handy weblink showing the Tech's ETA.
Jake arrived right on schedule, and expertly diagnoses the water heater needed a new burner, to fix it. Thank you Jake! So, Monday afternoon (yesterday) I called for an ETA for the repair part, which I was informed would be a couple days to arrive

Review #1: This review is long over due. I gave it a few weeks and see if they solved the problem. And they did! We purchased a house and 1 month after moving, we discovered that every time we use our clothes washer, our water heater releases BUCKETS of hot water. And this went on for weeks. Our warranty company asked us to work with another heater company which we refused after reading the horrible reviews. They suggested HWH, looked it up and booked within hours. George came in, asked us what we were experiencing, told us what he thinks is wrong and fixed it. He just replaced the TP valve and

I first called this company for my elderly in laws for a quote to ensure that they were dealing a legitimate company. They quoted a price for a 50 gallon, 40,000 BTU, water heater with 10 year warranty for $1500-$2000. They said that the price was contingent upon whether the pipes were corroded and needed replacement, and if a water pressure valve would need to be installed due to high pressure- which we knew nether were the case. We schedule for the free visual inspection. The man came out and changed the price to $2500 while with my in laws stating the heater would need two safety

TL;DR the company is not honest, I do not recommend working with them. The full story: our water heater broke, my home warranty insurance company dispatched Harris Water Heaters to fix or replace the heater. Technician arrived, jotted a hefty bill saying we'll need to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket due to "codes". When I asked to go over these "codes" one by one, started taking items off the list. Then, manager calls in and tells the technician to pack and go "because I question them". Clearly they were not honest. Very disappointing and I would not recommend working with such a company

Critical: Professionalism
Technician was efficient, on time and diagnosed the issue. I am handy and came to the same conclusion myself.He was also very apologetic about how the person on the other end of the phone was acting. The water heater was under warranty, but the head boss would not fix it without charging me the full rate. I said no thank you.

This company sets the standard for customer service. Jake replaced our water heater and was incredibly kind and and easy to have in our garage (with mask during CV!). Afterwards, SF inspector asked for something to be changed and Bryan (owner) did everything he could to make it right and pass inspection. 100% will use again.
