I have been using Ladder Heroes for several years, they are great! Scheduling is easy, everyone is friendly and flexible. The moss was getting fairly bad on the east side of my house, they brushed it off and started treating it and I haven't had a problem since. They also do a great job cleaning my gutters.

Provided a quick and reasonable estimate without having to visit the property. They provided a range based on the moss level which I thought was fair and the price charged at the end was reasonable.
Armando and Francisco did a good job with the roof and gutter cleaning. It was pouring rain on the day of the cleanup, but they have stuck it out and cleaned up the debris afterwards as well.
Becky was a pleasure to deal with on the phone. Scheduling was easy too.
I strongly recommend this company.

Highly recommend. Ladder Heroes responded very promptly to my request for an estimate & then provided it within less than a day. The amazing Becky scheduled me for the following week. Crew of two showed up, super polite & friendly and proceeded to do a great and quick job: gutters cleaned out, windows washed & every square foot of concrete pressure washed. They even checked in w/ me to make sure everything was good/done before leaving for the day. I'll be hiring them on an annual basis going forward.|

Unexpected 5-star rating!! Roof cleaning with treatment and concrete pressure washing done well. However, as the last Friday appointment of the day, felt 'clean-up' was rushed and not finalized. After sending a note with some frustration, company bent over backwards to 'make it right'. Extremely impressed with the customer service as a result, and would highly recommend Ladder Heroes to one and all.

Robby is really an upstanding owner of Ladder Heroes. I first had some pressure washing done by a very bad technician, poor pressure washing and knocked over furniture and decor. I shared my dissatisfaction to the company and Robby came out and took one look at it and agreed that it was unacceptable and decided that he would re-do the job for absolutely no charge. You just don't find businesses that are willing to make good on their promise of a good job and this company is a rare exception. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

Highly recommend this local business for your Gutter, Roof and Window cleaning needs. I have them clean my gutters on a bi-annual schedule. They know what they are doing and don't risk your roof by pressure washing etc. Their staff is very courteous and communicative at all stages - before, during and after the work is completed. I highly recommend them!!

Ladder Heroes was able to provide an accurate quote after giving them my address and was a great value. They arrived when promised and did a great job clearing my gutters, cleaning the roof, and cleaning up debris that had fallen on the ground. Highly recommend!

I am a property manager and recently had Ladder Heroes complete a community-wide roof and gutter cleaning on a 25-building HOA in Kirkland. The roofs are not easy to traverse and, in the past (with other vendors), we would always get complaints about falling debris, messy decks/walkways, splattered windows, and just general unhappiness. Not with this crew. Ricky and his team knocked it out of the park and I got nothing but good feedback. Also, when I reported that one of the downspouts was disconnected, they came out the next day and fixed it! Great service!

I requested a quote for gutter cleaning on Sunday January 28th and received an email response right away on Monday the 29th. The rate was reasonable and better than the other one I received. Through email exchanges, they were able to fit us in the very next day and we cannot be happier with their work. The gentleman that came over was professional, did his work, and mentioned a little bit of moss on our roof but not pushy. We declined the moss treatment at the time but will certainly keep them in mind if we ever need it. The online payment made it super easy to pay, which was the icing on the cake
