I cannot say enough wonderful things about the people who own this place. Since I have rented from them a couple times now, I've learned that this biz was started by a brother sister team after their parent became sick and they were not happy with their care. They truly have giant hearts, not to mention great selection, service, and prices.

So happy I found these guys, it’s hard to find equipment when hospitals don’t offer them and I love that they’re family owned! Very knowledgeable and helpful extremely convenient for my father and during a pandemic you couldn’t ask for a more thorough team! Great job guys!!

My father had an embarrassing moment and somehow managed to break his scooter, went in and the staff was just absolutely accommodating and very knowledgeable, they nailed it down and had my father back up and running in no time! We were very gracious of the staff and would recommend this place to anyone! Love that it's family ran too, it's speaks volumes on their culture; they really do put their hearts into the work and safety of their clientele!

Worst customer service! They couldn’t care less about me. Got the run around multiple times while they where trying to up sell me something I didn’t need. Was quoted well over 400 dollars. Ended going to another repair shop where they fixed my issue for 45 bucks. Bad customer service beware, helping out old folks is not a priority for them. If you want to be pushed around and insulted this is the place for you!

Our family purchased a scooter from this family owned company four months ago. Yesterday my 85-year-old mom was having problems with it and couldn’t get the scooter to work. I called the company and the owner Sherry answered. She was so kind and said that within 30 minutes she will go to my mothers house and see what is wrong with the unit. She arrived as promised and found a simple solution. She fixed the problem quickly and did not charge a penny! I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs mobility devices!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! I needed a NOVA junior walker for my petite mom. Needed it ASAP to avoid her carrying her walker on the chair lift in her home. Family owned small business that prides itself highly on the best customer service! They always remember their customers, will always put the customers needs above money/making a sale, usually can help same day, and always have a positive attitude! Oh, my goodness!! Sheree and her Mom have liberated a home bound grandma!! I purchased a “like new” four wheel scooter from them and had a very positive experience. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Even when I was trying to use the left side switch to stop and go. It liked to snap my head off, especially going along in rabbit mode (as opposed to turtle mode) and letting off the little paddle. Let me reassure you that cart stops on a dime!! I called Sheree and told her my problem. She was ever so willing to help me, and offered to look for some adaptation to the mechanism

We rented a portable scooter here for my mom for the day. We had a conflict of scheduling at the last moment to return it and they offered to pick it up for a very reasonable fee. From our initial call, to pick up and return the customer service was excellent! The scooter itself was fully charged, in good condition and ready to go when we got there. Pricing was incredibly reasonable. I will not hesitate at all to use them again in the future for any mobility rental/purchase needs. In fact, mom loved it so much we will be buying on in the near future and coming here to make that purchase. Very pleased

I went through a great ordeal with Drew Faiella to have a flat changed in my tire. We paid him to order a new inner tube. Two days later, if it arrived that early he said "We got a problem, There's a hole in that inner tube. I don't know where I got that thing." Later that day I called him back and he said "It was a brand new tube, I just poked a hole in it getting it on."
So he orders another one, and installs it Friday, or so he claims. It lasts for 2 trips to Safeway. one block away, and then collapses inside of Safeway after 20 minutes of slowly driving around.

Amazing customer service! Drew really cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand the products and are getting the right ones for your particular needs. I purchased a scooter and a walker from him in the last couple of weeks. The caring doesn’t stop when you leave the store, either. I have called with questions about my purchases and he is very patient and helpful and friendly. I recommend him to anyone looking for mobility aids. You will be very happy you went to his store.

My experience was with Drew Faiella in July of 2016. 1) After over 2 hours of him not knowing how to fix his computer for the "finance company" as he said- was in fact a lease agreement with a pay off fee, also lied about. 2) After forgetting to point out a small initial section of the less than 5 page paperwork, he calls me threatening to come on my property and recover the product I had just put a down payment on, and cause me bodily harm if I got in his way.
