Cincinnati Computers
We will NOT BE accepting drop offs of old computers. If you are a business or have higher quality used laptops or other equipment we will be more than happy to accept those donations. Call (513) 771-3262 to make an appointment. Since 2002 the Cincinnati Computer Cooperative has been providing area children, adults, seniors, nonprofits, and schools with computers.

Through the generous donation of used computers by Greater Cincinnati businesses and individuals and a software partnership with Microsoft, a team of trained volunteers at the organization has been supplying refurbished desktops and laptops at little or no costs to these groups.
Services
If you have some hardware that is relatively current, please call in and we can discuss it. Cincinnati Area Residents: To donate your old computers with the Cincinnati Computer Cooperative, please come to our location during regular business hours (Wednesday 6-9 PM or Saturday 9AM-12PM) or attend a recycling event (currently none scheduled).
We are a 501 C3 organization who recycles and reuses donated business computers to benefit the Cincinnati community and we depend upon the support of businesses to help us achieve our mission. We do not charge for recycling computer equipment, but prefer that you deliver the products to our location.
We are always in need of volunteers to help us achieve our mission of recycling and refurbishing donated computers to help the Cincinnati community. We need anyone with a desire to serve. If you have technical computers skills that's great, but you don't need any special skills to help us out. We have a place for you!
The Cooperative refurbishes high quality donated computers, installs free, licensed Microsoft Office software and sells the computers at a very low cost. All students K - postgraduate can buy from the Cooperative. Here are some ideas about talking with those kids in your classroom that might really need a computer.

I went to this place to get a PC and the workers were able to get me one for a great price! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for desktops, laptops, and servers.

Excellent resource: I have referred students / families as well as gotten laptops and desktops for my own children here for several years. Staff are very personable and eager to be sure you get the best setup possible. Computers include Office software, which can be quite pricy if purchased on its own.

The executive director is hilarious and personable. My CPS kid has a really nice laptop to keep her on track.

This place is a dump - they charge a fortune, but don't give a lot. I understand their mission, but you can go to the store and buy a system cheaper than you can buy one from here - new as well.

Best place to volunteer ever! Before I volunteered, I got a computer here and they were just great. I got exactly what I wanted and they answered all my questions – even after I got it home. Highly recommend them for a reconditioned computer – it came with pre-installed software and a guarantee!

Donations on Wednesdays and Saturdays, Sales during other hours. What a great, self funded non-profit! They take all types of computer equipment (working, old and extra cords). They refurbish what they can to underserved populations, sell cleaned and refreshed computers, and recycled the remainig eWaste in USA. Very ethical and kind pwople. Mostly volunteers. Strongly consider donating your old machines and buying your next computer from them.
