Within 20 minutes of discussing the issue on the phone, we had a technician out here who diagnosed the problem and made quick work of fixing the door (it was the sensor and while he was here he did some other routine maintenance work that had been neglected for a long time. We were somewhat nervous about leaving the door open overnight (it wouldn't shut), but Kurbsyde made sure the job was finished quickly and at a very reasonable price. I had to call in some professional help after I was not able to pair my garage door opener to my new car, and then we ended up knocking out all of the pairings. Although we watched several videos on how to pair the remote, keyless pad, and the cars, there were some essential information missing from all the references that we looked up.
