My 22 year old daughter had a flat at 7:15 pm. She called AAA who contacted these troglodytes. After multiple calls over the next two hours, Wayne from this dirtbag establishment answers her phone call saying that nobody knew about the AAA call. When she became upset due to waiting in the cold and dark for 2 hours, he threatened not to show up at all because she had an “attitude”. This is disgusting and this entire business needs to check its own attitude.

Unbelievable how vicious one of their drivers was. I was driving around and the person in front of me nearly missed their turns. Since I had to slow down anyway for the person to turn I let a person on the opposite side of the street turn. During this whole 15 seconds a man in a Bills Auto Clinic Truck was holding down his horn. It gets worse... So then I drive ahead and am at a red light near Canal street the man pulls up in the lane next to me and is giving me a threatening look while also yelling some I'll say unfriendly words my way. I just tried my best to ignore it and tone it out. I don

Excellent, prompt and professional service - responded right away and towed my car back home for me. They even stopped by my house first to pick up car key as I'd injured my arm and couldnt get keys to them. Nuno was very kind and helpful, much appreciated. I highly recommend this company!

I got my car towed in Salem an hour after they put the no parking sign up. What a scam. The guy at the tow yard was pleasant enough but I am pretty sure the city of Salem intentionally did this. Either that or whoever was supposed to put the sign up was negligent. I had three witnesses... anyway, the tow guy was cool about it. I am sure they deal with a lot of peeved people so I appreciate that he was friendly.
Oh, and they said they were open on the sign but nobody was there and we had to call and wait 20 minutes or so for someone to come. You may want to call ahead if you are getting a ride
