Scot has been building homes for over 30 years, which gives him a near-flawless understanding of the construction process. Scot enjoys meeting directly with clients to create a home plan that meets the specifications and individuality of each homeowner. Through his understanding of the clients needs, careful planning, and hands-on service, the whole experience is extremely comfortable, refreshing, and satisfying.
He is a Heber City native and is very active in the community, participating in the Utah Down Syndrome Foundation and coaching a girls fast pitch softball team. He has 3 daughters. Scot credits Ed as the craftsman of the CD Construction team. Eds skill and craftsmanship is unsurpassed as he approaches every home with the same care as he would if it were his own, while focusing on the needs and wants of the client.
