Required a prescription to sell a Spirometer, a plastic device easy to buy online. Wanted to buy it locally instead to get it faster, but I think this company is a little mixed up on their prescription policies. Ended up getting it from another Colorado Springs company. But man, that didn't make a lick of sense.

I bought ankle braces and they would not accept it cause they said it was worn. But I had foot surgery been in boot for 2 weeks, how are they worn. So out 32 am disabled and get one check a month that is my only income, they say they feel bad but do not think so. So if you have doubts DO BUY they may not take back. Let me say again I am out 32 dollars am disabled get one check a month my only income 😒

Affordable medical has taken great care of me when I was in need of a walker and a knee scooter. The ladies were so helpful, from measuring me for a new knee brace to making sure the knee scooter was at the right height for optimum comfort. The customer service is some of the best of Colorado Springs! :)
