You may have heard about essential oils as they continue to gain popularity in the natural health world, but what are essential oils exactly? What can they do for you, and are all essential oils created equal? Essential oils are powerful plant extracts that have been used for thousands of years for their health, cosmetic, and emotionally uplifting properties.
Jen is a Holistic Health Coach, SOMA Breathwork Instructor, and Essential Oils Specialist who helps individuals restore and optimize their health by calming the nervous system and addressing the root cause of their symptoms. Jen has a specialty in gut health, chronic stress, and anxiety, recognizing that imbalances in the gut and an over-stimulated nervous system lead to imbalances throughout the mind, body, and spirit.
Jen's coaching is so beneficial. I enjoyed learning the role that stress plays in our life and the aspects that it affects. She provides tools to decrease stress, teaches the benefits of essential oils, and the importance of clean eating. I loved that Jen shared personal resources, a meal plan, and supplement and essential oils protocols.

Jen's guided breathwork is AMAZING! Working with her has allowed me to get deep into my body and release blockages that had me feeling heavy and out of sorts. I always leave a session feeling grounded and at peace, and as if my body is clear and ready for life. I highly recommend it!

Jen is warm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She has completed two Zyto scans on me now -- several months apart -- so that we can track my progress. Always an insightful experience with Jen! She is so great at listening and does not judge! Her passion and wisdom are apparent from the first few minutes of any session I've had with her.
