Our family hired Bree Tomar when 2 daughters got engaged within 14 days of each other in 2019. Each selected dates in 2020 and planned for completely different weddings - not only in venue, but size, esthetic, and design. Everything was rolling along nicely until 2020 hit. Needless to say, little happened according to plan after that.
The first wedding was in August in a bucolic setting with 100 people; the second scheduled for November in Philadelphia with 200+ guests. Turning on a dime was required to rearrange the August event and the November wedding had to be rescheduled 2 times! With that

I cannot say enough good things about All About Events, LLC. My husband and I would never have been able to put together or experience the beautiful wedding we ended up with in December without the amazing help and support of the entire AAE team.

I could not have had a better experience with the All About Events team. I recently got married at the Reading Terminal Market and they were absolute pros. The whole team was thoughtful, attentive and knowledgeable, which was great for us because we REALLY needed some direction. Beyond that, they were so much fun to work with! It is hard to know where to start for this review, so I will start at the beginning. When we got engaged in 2019, my mother and I interviewed a handful of different wedding planners. I know how my mom and I can be and we needed a personality that would work well with ours. I think after we talked to Bree we both agreed she was the fit that was best for us, so we hired her and not just for one wedding but for my sisters too! Bree was and is a god send. Bree made every single step of the planning process (which I’ve always known from others to be excruciatingly stressful) fun, exciting, organized, efficient, and just an overall flawlessly executed day. “Grateful” doesn’t begin to cover it. The staff at All About Events was fantastic to work with from the moment we reached out in September 2019 until the final moments of our reception two years later. Like so many other couples our original plans changed due to the pandemic. While we ended up getting married in a small ceremony in 2020 we were certain we still wanted to keep our plan of celebrating with a larger reception in 2021 at Reading Terminal Market.

I can't even put into words how incredible All About Events was. We had our Wedding at Reading Terminal Market and transforming that place into a Wedding venue is SUCH a feat. Working with the All About Events Team was amazing. From the very first meeting they set our minds at ease. We decided to have our wedding ceremony with only our family and wedding party and they were able to set up Piano Court to be perfect. After the perfect ceremony, we went on to celebrate with over 200 of our friends and family in the center court and throughout the market. The All About Events team worked with us to set it up in the best possible format for our event. Christina and her team at All About Events did an absolutely magnificent job hosting our conference’s closing reception at the Reading Terminal Market. The event was extremely well-planned and flawlessly executed. The variety of delicious food suited every taste and accommodated all dietary restrictions. The venue, spectacular to begin with, was transformed into an elegant environment that was perfect for our evening event. The wait staff did a wonderful job moving through the crowd of 600, passing food and collecting waste. The location of the main and satellite bars was extremely effective

We worked with Bree at All About Events earlier this year for our wedding. Bree. Is. Amazing.

We initially tried planning our wedding ourselves but as we got closer and closer to the date we realized we were in real trouble. Enter Bree...

Anything we needed. Anything we didn't know we needed. Anything we wanted. Anything we didn't know we could ask for. Bree was on top of it with options, information, and calming tone.

When we tell people we were having our wedding reception at Reading Terminal Market, they were always a little surprised and their next reaction was "that is going to be SO COOL!" And after we had our wedding, our guest did nothing but rave about how fun, unique and perfect the reception was.

But just having a reception at RTM is not what I'd recommend it. It was so much more. It was having the incredible variety of foods - we had cheesesteaks, DiNic's roast pork, Chinese food, a salad bar, poutine and corn dogs, grilled cheese from Meltkraft, the list goes on. It was having

Sarah, Stevie, Christina and the rest of the AAE team are absolutely amazing! During the planning process, they were available to answer any and all questions, no matter how trivial. Not a week went by when I didn't rely on Sarah and her team to help me plan a 300-person reception at the Democratic National Convention. They were always ready and able to answer my questions, no matter how trivial. They totally understand that every little detail matters. They're also great at managing up; they made sure I never missed a deadline, and equipped me for every decision point along the way. But the bottom line is this: They throw a great party! We recently had a cocktail event in April 2015 at Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia (our specific venue was Molly Malloy's) that All About Events helped us coordinate. We could not be any happier with our experience with All About Events. Sarah and Courtney were there for us every step of the way, and helped us set up anything for our big day that we asked. My husband and I live out of state, Sarah was always willing to work around my schedule and make time to see me when I was in town. We had only 2 months to pull together a full wedding and reception and we could not have done it without All About Events. Obviously with only 2 months to plan, I was assured to have more than a few moments of panic, but Sarah and Courtney were cheerful and positive with every single interaction I had with them. Sarah and Courtney were nothing short of FANTASTIC!!! They did my day-of coordination (which came with meetings before, as well as coordination of the rehearsal dinner). They really made sure that every detail was perfect and kept me so calm before and during the entire weekend. I am very, very detail-oriented, and they brought so much to my attention that I wouldn't have thought of otherwise. To have them coordinating with ALL the moving pieces allowed me not to worry about all of the logistics (which was a big weight off of my shoulders). The weekend wouldn't have been nearly as perfect
