Placed a very big embroidery order when I received the order the color of the thread used didn’t match what I approved on the proof. I know there is a little difference between the proof and the thread but in this case the difference was very notorious. I had to give the order for free to my customer and pay all the supplies from my pocket

Unless you want to take the risk to get your embroidery order messed up go to eg threads. They messed up a very simple hats order and I had to return the money to my customer and pay for the messed up hats. The owner was very nice before he took my order. After they messed up he didn’t even want to answer the phone.

I purchased 2 sets of girls soccer practice jerseys. I used the sizing chart that was provided and ordered them in a small. When they came in the shirts were huge. The shirts were so big that the shoulders of the shirts hung down by her elbow and the sleeves were way to long. There was no way she could wear them. I called the company and was told that there was nothing they could do and that all sales were final. I told her that the sizing chart was wrong and that the error was on them because it was way off. EG Threads has shown technical errors in completing many of our orders. They also have been unable to fix the errors that have occurred and I have had to take significant losses that EG refuses to pay us. Their customer service also showed a lack of poise and professionalism. If something does go wrong with an order, they’ve also implemented a new policy that says they will not be responsible for fixing any errors they may make. We would not trust them to complete future projects to our quality standards and advise against working with them based on our experiences. The owner Mark also is too
