SES is a family business, founded by a man from a small town in Williamsburg, Virginia. Inspired by his father, Daniel Smith started Smith Environmental Solutions (SES) in 2006 with two things in mind: changing the way people value their air quality and offering solutions that can assist with improving indoor air and overall health of his community.

For the New Year, I wanted to have a safe and fun get together with close friends and family, but with all the new variants and it being flu season, I was very reluctant. After speaking with Daniel and him explaining the benefits Active Pure Technology I began to get excited again. This little air purifier packs a big punch and allowed my guest and I to feel safe while celebrating all for a small rental fee. If you ever have a mold issue then save yourself time and money and make Smith Environmental your first contact. Daniel was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and his prices are very fair compared to some of these other environmental companies. These other places will also use scare tactics and want to charge you for anything and everything. Daniel is very straight forward and honest and will tell you only what really needs to be addressed to fix your issue. He seems like he really cares about doing what’s right for the customer. We noticed some mold/mildew odors after closing on a house. Daniel came in to do an inspection and found a couple issues and made recommendations. We fixed the first issue, but Daniel worked with us for 2 years while we worked to get resolution on the second issue. His team did excellent work remediating mold in the crawl space.

Daniel was great to work with, was responsive, and very thorough in both his work and his detailed explanation of what he was doing. After hiring him in a rental, I’m so glad I did. He offered me the reassurance I needed as a client and gave expertise to the remediation company as well. He caught things I’m certain would’ve gone missed had he not have been apart of the process, I’m not sure what would’ve happened. If you’ve got mold, don’t ever ever go without having your air tested before and after remediation! It’s mandatory! Hire Smith Environmental now. We also invested in an awesome air purifier that he sells too! Super great air now!

Daniel was very helpful, trustworthy and professional. He performed a mold test on our house over three years ago. When we were selling our house I called Daniel several times to get an explanation of the results for our buyers. He was very responsive to returning phone calls and spent time with me on several different conversations I had with him. He even offered to speak with the new buyer. I did not save the original results and was very grateful that he kept a copy on file. He is a true professional and provided excellent service..
