I ordered shutters and blinds with this company through Costco. I will admit at first it was challenging, due to a sales man lack of knowledge of his own product. I was developing a sour taste for this company, however Earl stepped in and handled the situation like a true professional. He is very knowledgeable with his products. He stepped likes a real boss. He made things right and I am truly happy with my roller shades and shutters. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Best money spent high quality products proudly made in the USA. Earl was nothing but awesome from the first call to our in home consultation.He was prompt and helped me design the blinds that would be perfect for my house. As a newbie to custom blind design he went through all the options and explained the benefits of each. He even spoke to my dad on FaceTime. :)

I haven't decided whether or not to go with Benjamin Draperies but I will say that I was very impressed with their presentation. Mauro gave me a free estimate with different variations, was upfront with additional costs. He was also prepared with recommendations. An added bonus- they wear booties over their shoes so my floors stayed clean. I found them through Costco. Five stars for presentation and professionalism. Will update if I use them

This is the third time Earl at Benjamin Draperies helped me with window treatments in our home. After the extreme heat last summer, I realized I needed something to reduce the heat in our SunRoom. The solar shades that Earl recommended are perfect! They were installed today and I'm delighted with them. When they are in the open position (up) they look seamless and you don't realize they're there. In the closed (down) position they reduce the heat/sun coming through. There is a sliding glass door and Earl recommended that they be in a reverse roll in two sections to prevent

They make it so easy! We’ve used them for draperies, shutters and shades, and they all look fantastic. They’re also very helpful in narrowing down the many choices, and finding the right fit and look. I’m down to one window of beat-out old vertical blinds from the last homeowner, and looking forward to Benjamin Draperies replacing them soon.

Frances was so pleasant to work with. I ordered drapes for my dining & living room via phone calls & us sending pictures back & forth via email. This was due to being safe during Covid. Once she had an idea of what I wanted, Earl came out with samples. They were great to work with. They responded quickly & kept me within my budget. I highly recommend them.

Marina and Manny from Benjamin Draperies were absolutely the best. Their prices and incentives were beyond reasonable and fair, especially considering the quality of the products they provide at any budget! Marina quickly and professionally did all the measuring and showed me all the available options, everything was processed, and then Manny came out a few weeks later to do the installation. He moved like an insane worker-bee getting the old blinds down and the new ones up with lightening speed!! I was very impressed with the great attention he paid to picking up and cleaning up all the packaging

When i decided i must get shades installed in my kitchen windows due to the morning sun affecting my migraine, i chose Benjamin Draperies based on their excellent reviews despite their price is not the lowest nor the highest. I am glad we made the right move.
I had natural shades made to order and installed in November 2016. The customer service then was 5 stars. The communication was great, everything was on time. The only concern i had was the shades did not completely cover

Best experience I've ever had with a contractor for a home repair, hands down!! Called Benjamin Draperies to repair the traverse rod/drapes in our bedroom, which had been damaged by my 4 year old daughter who pulled the drapes closed without using the cord. Earl came to our house within an hour of my phone call and was very professional. He fixed the traverse rod and reattached the drapes in less than 30 minutes and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again!

The owner, Earl came out at gave us one of the most professional and thorough services we've ever received. He was knowledgeable, non-pushy, very accommodating, and basically gave great suggestions based upon what we (OK, what my wife) wanted. Earl is very easy to work with, and I can not recommend highly enough.
If you want top-notch service with a great product, call Benjamin Draperies.

We were lucky. We had Earl as our estimator. Earl was absolutely professional. He listened to our needs, tried to meet our budgets, and presented many alternate options to help us achieve our goals. He also personally drew the stencil to meet our objective of having a tight fit bathroom window. The window treatments fit so well. We trust Earl for projects small or big. This property was a small job, and the way we were treated allowed us to consider Benjamin for future bigger projects.

How great is it to make a bedroom look pretty without being fussy, attain partial blackout without using a ton of drapery material, a rod that doesn't look office-y? Add to that, an expert, Elizabeth, comes to the house to measure for drapes and offers sound advice on materials, color, lining, number of pleats, finials... things you yourself haven't thought of. So easy! And another expert installs the drapes! Pretty darn nice! A big thumbs-up!

I myself have zero experience with window coverings, so this led me to have a lot of questions in regards to pretty much... everything. HOWEVER, despite my inexperience and constant questions, I was greeted with patience and incredible customer service throughout the process.

He is extremely professional and knows his products. His suggestions were invaluable. Delivery came within the indicated time frame and, Manny, his installer, was also superlative.
When a minor problem emerged, Earl quickly addressed it and corrected it.
