Dr. Forwand, a graduate of Columbia University of Physicians and Surgeons, has over 40 years professional experience as a physician of cardiology and internal medicine. Dr. Forwand served as President of Mt. Auburn Cardiology Associates and as Chief of Cardiology for more than 30 years at Harvard's Mt.

Michelle was very nice, but it was not a good fit for me. I was looking for a Ketogenic plan, with menus and coaching support. What I found is that they offer a low-starch, low-fat diet (not Keto) supplemented with B-12 shots and offer other "supplements" (which are extra) to assist your weight loss. I did not try them, so I don't know if they work. Your plan comes with a sheet of paper that has a food list, the rules, and few sample meals, but you must create your own menu plan. You weigh in every week and can discuss your program if needed. This is different from coaching, in my opinion. It seems

I began gaining weight after a back injury that left me unable to be active. This combined with a poor diet made me put on 60 lbs, in 6 years. I spent 6 more years trying to get it off with diet after diet. Losing and gaining around 10-12 pounds and never keeping it off. I honestly thought it was something I would have to accept. I assumed I would have to finally take my doctors advice and start medication for diabetes and high cholesterol.
