All employees are required to have a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and physical assessment through an approved testing facility. A criminal background check may be required prior to work at certain customer facilities. All oilers and riggers are required to be at least 18 years of age and working towards, if not in possession of, a valid Commercial Drivers' License.

I ordered crane service for a drop off and a pick up. I was on the premise for both services and the entire job took 3 hours each time, but I was charged for 6.5 hours each time or 13 hours. I understand travel time to and from a job, but 3.5 hours travel time is more than the whole job took. I feel I got scammed for 5 hours, over $1,000. When you quote me an hourly rate, don't pad your rate with fraudulent hours. No acceptable.

Let me tell you, this company gave me one of the best experiences possible. They were super responsive and helpful. Everyone is super personable. Never have I met a company that cares enough about me to find out that I am a KC Chiefs fan and let me take a picture with their Chiefs crane! My experience of mountain crane was a poor. Sales guy was flakey. When got a crane ordered they sent a larger more expensive crane then the one ordered. The crane broke down holding production on job. And then they proceeded to charge me full rate. I requested a partial refund. I haven t heard from them?

These guys are a top notch crane and heavy haul supplier. I've worked with Mountain Crane over the past 8-yrs and can attest to the professionalism and responsiveness of their personnel. They have bailed us out on many occasions over the years. On one specific occasion, one of our operators quit before a critical lift that had been planned for months. Mountain Crane flew an operator out on the next flight and had them in the seat within hours. I will always be appreciative of the team effort they practice and preach.
