I did a project through them with Walmart and was lied at every stage. First, the recruiter said that the role is to be filled in a few days and then realized its Christmas; then got an interview for another role and realized its Covid so there was a delay in equipment.
I was told that all contracts last three months and get renewed by the same amount of time. I checked with all previous and new candidates to realize that the recruiter is lying.
Later on the recruiter was supposed to get my feedback to look for work elsewhere, but did not get any feedback while I was under contract.
It is sad

Did a minor project assignment as a part of their "Hiring stage" and Underwent three interviews - Recruiter, Manager, and VP. Their hiring process took almost a month and even asked me to wait for their VP who went on a holiday. 2 months in, I still haven't heard back, not even a single "automated rejection email." I delayed my other offers and interview for them.
"Nine out of ten candidates expect to hear back after an interview. Considering you have rejected those people for the position, you can at least communicate that to them. Nobody wants to be told they were rejected, but being ignored

I just got a call from Anna Hutchinson | Recruitment Consultant from this place about a web designer job. She asked if I would be ok to consent to a physical for the job. I asked her "What is the reasoning behind a physical to be a web designer". She was VERY rude with her answer. "Look, it is part of their requirements, a simple yes or no is all I need, Do not waste my time".. Not very good professionalism for a recruiter.

Other than emails coming to me 3 days later than expected and the regional director scheduling an interview with me than calling me back 2 days later because he couldn't remember when the interview was scheduled for, the receptionist Jordanna was really friendly.

I do, however, agree with everyone else as it is very suspicious when a company contacts you about a job. I'm always weary of what they want me to do and it is usually commission based (which is lame). In the end, if you want a job with ADP, I would go directly to the source, not through Wilson HCG.
