Distinguished Design built my custom house with his/her garages over a year ago. They had the process streamlined so it was very efficient and we didn't have any issues with delays. The entire team was very professional and quick to respond. They were all a pleasure to work with. Now, even a year later, the warranty tech followed in the same manor as the build team... very professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Any issues I had were quickly resolved. I would definitely recommend this builder to others. One thing I will warn, make sure you know for certain what you want when you tell

We want to thank David Hazel and Distinguished Design for handling all the warranty work on our 2 1/2 yo house in a timely, profession, and diligent manner. Actually way past the one year time frame, and without any hesitation-- regardless of the size of the issue.
We recently had a backyard drainage issue and he sent in a crew with heavy equipment and it was handled quick-time. Problem solved. DD took the stress out of our home building process. We had our own lot and talked to several builders. Kirby laid out a plan that met all of our needs and was in budget. The design and building process was flexible and fast with high quality workmanship. The construction process was incredible and Steve follows up with any warranty issues. The whole building process took half the time quoted by other builders. Thank you Distinguished Designs!

My wife and I started our exciting journey with Distinguished Designs early July 2019 and closed December 18th of 2019. The process was super easy. We wanted a more custom home, but loved the Winston look. David and Kirby worked hard to please us both and were very respective to our ideas. (We can be a little picky at times.) We were able to meet/speak on several occasions to change the floor plan to meet our needs. I cant say enough about Jason. He was on top of it all bringing our dream into a reality. We built our home over a year ago with Distinguished Design and the process was straight forward and we had options to floor plans and design. We also hired a inspector to come out to the house before dry wall was put up and it went smoothly. We are not professionals on how to build a home and wanted a second option. We have always had inspections… done when buying a home. Our agent let them know when the inspector would be there and no workers were there and the inspector had full access of the house to complete his inspection. Everything was addressed and taken care of before closing.
