I have a antique cast iron leg of a table that have broken, the leg was nickel coated which make it more complicated. Mike was very helpful - and took on the challenge, he did a great job and repair is very hard to spot. I was impressed, highly recommend.

An old-school little welding shop on Jackson. i've used them a couple times for moderately challenging stuff, aluminum, stainless steel, tight measures, weird designs. every time the same experience, it takes longer than expected but they did a good job and definitely seemed to know what they were doing.
